Who we are

​We are a full-service international consultancy – working with businesses, industry bodies and governmental agencies from all over the globe.

We have almost 30 years’ experience in workplace capability, and it’s that expertise – and our commitment to work closely with each client every step of the way – that has made us leaders in our field. We help our clients navigate exactly what they need (and what they don’t) and then work with them from initial development right through to implementation. With a tailored solution that’s designed to hit the mark.

We know that the best workplaces recognise that productivity and the wellbeing of people go hand-in-hand. People need to feel cared for and connected to their work – because it’s by unlocking the potential in people that we drive business growth. Our Story

We started out in 1992, working with New Zealand industries developing standards and qualifications that helped businesses build success by upskilling their people.

We did that and we did it well.

So well that Skills became NZ’s largest Industry Training Organisation (ITO), with 22,000 learners, 10,000 apprentices and working with over 4,000 employers.

As we grew, we then brought IMNZ, CDL and Instep into the fold – all businesses expert in workplace capability, learning & development and employee wellbeing – and we became more than just an ITO. We became a full-service consultancy.
