Rebecca is an expert in tertiary education, particularly experienced in training delivery and curriculum development with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

She creates and delivers bespoke training programmes as well as designing competence-based training assessments and frameworks for Skills Consulting Group’s domestic and international clients. Backed by years of experience in the education field in curriculum development and quality assurance, Rebecca is highly skilled in designing innovative and meaningful programmes, courses and learning experiences.

As a Consultant for Skills Consulting Group, Rebecca draws on her experience from her previous role as the Academic Director of a Private Training Enterprise, leading curriculum and programme development. She provides critical analysis to support continuous improvement and develop strategically aligned programmes and curriculum to meet the needs of our clients and to provide the best outcomes for learners.

Through her experience, Rebecca has also gained a comprehensive knowledge of the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, supporting her in conducting internal reviews of academic policies, procedures and ensuring compliance with external bodies.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Political Science, a Masters in Political Science, and a Postgraduate Diploma of Teaching and Learning. She prides herself on her ability to work to deadlines and managing multiple projects through a combination of careful planning, prioritising, and delegating where appropriate.

Rebecca’s clients, including the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, Hong Kong’s Vocational Training Council and Electricity Vietnam, consistently rate her work very highly and request her to be involved in subsequent projects.
