Nicky is a well-known organisational development and performance specialist with 20 years experience across both the public and private sectors. Deeply interested in the future of work, Nicky is an expert in strategy design and implementation; future-focused workforces, and talent management.

As General Manager Strategy and People, she helps Skills Consulting Group define where it wants to go in the future, and designs the strategic plan to get it there.

Outside of work, Nicky throws a mean dinner party and enjoys Auckland’s thriving restaurant scene.
