David Penney

An integral part of the Skills International team

David is an integral part of the Skills Consulting Group team, bringing accuracy and tenacity to our research, analysis, and reporting functions.

Most recently, he was involved with the design and implementation of mixed-methods policy research for Botswana. The stakeholder insights from which will inform national work-based learning policy development. Previously, he has collaborated on competency frameworks, training packages, and international best-practice reviews with the wider team.

Being a strong advocate for the people affected by our work, David utilises his experience working with vulnerable learner groups to understand and inform the solutions our clients need.

David has a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Science, giving him a unique perspective when facilitating workshops and focus groups with clients. He has been involved with the effective design and delivery of training and workshops to a broad range of clients both virtually and in person.

David consistently works to ensure final outputs exceed expectations.
