With extensive commercial experience in growing multi-million dollar global businesses,  Gwyn understands how to leverage opportunity, remove roadblocks and risk, and develop organisations into thriving, productive, and engaged places to work.  He is passionate about creating high-performance businesses with unrivalled customer experience through advice and programmes that are real, practical and innovative. 

Outside of work, Gwyn loves to ride his motorbike and travel, particularly scuba diving in places like Indonesia.
